No one looks forward to going through estate planning for a loved one. To be honest, I put it off way too long. My parents health has recently taken a turn for the worst and this needed to be done immediately.

I called the wonderful people at Smith Law last week with no idea what I needed to do while living on the other side of the state. I was given clear instructions on what info was needed and they took care of everything else, even bringing the paperwork to my parents hospital room for them to sign.

When I was able to get into town today I went to the law office here in Ashland. I was treated like a family member, it was an amazing experience. I was given the documents and then they were gone over in detial. Every question I asked was answered, the time was taken to make sure I understood the process going forward.

Most people dont look forward to estate planning. My advice, dont put it off like I did. Furthermore, If you live in the Ashland area, I cannot speak for any of the other law offices but I can speak for Smith Law....I wouldn't consider taking my business anywhere else. I have had a difficult time the last week or so and Smith Law was able to remove a huge stress from the process.
